Exchange & Returns
Free Store Return
You can return your items directly to our showroom/store as long as the return is made in the same market where the purchase was made. Store returns are free of charge, and the return deadline is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
Home Return
You may request a home return easily through your account. For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost. For “Change of Mind” returns, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The deadline for returns is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
